The Light Lounge

Accessibility Statement

For lightlounge.snrg.me. Updated September 23, 2026.
This statement covers lightlounge.snrg.me, The Light Lounge Scottsdale's website, built and run by SNRG Consulting: brand, membership plans, and landing pages.

Our commitment

We want everyone, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, voice control, or other assistive technology, to be able to explore the membership plans, book a first session, and find information on these pages. Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix, and we review and improve these pages on a regular basis.

What we have done

Concrete steps taken on these pages so far:

  • Keyboard operability: the FAQ questions across the membership, plans, and landing pages are real, focusable buttons with aria-expanded state, so they open and close with Tab and Enter or Space, not mouse-only controls.
  • Screen-reader labeling: decorative plus/minus icons on FAQ controls are hidden from screen readers so they do not create noise.
  • Skip navigation: every page carries a "Skip to main content" link for keyboard users, and its color was corrected on 2026-07-09 after a routine check found it did not meet the WCAG AA contrast guideline.
  • Color contrast: text and button colors are checked against the WCAG AA contrast guideline (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and interactive controls) and corrected when a check finds a gap. Most recently, 2026-07-09: the primary call-to-action button style used across the advertising landing pages (a shared component with the same fix already applied elsewhere) was found to measure 3.46:1 in its current rendered state and was corrected to 6.52:1.

Where we stand today

We aim for these pages to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. We have not commissioned an independent, professional accessibility audit or certification of these pages, so we are not claiming full or certified WCAG conformance today. We are not using an accessibility overlay or widget as a substitute for fixing the underlying page; the steps above are changes to the pages themselves.

Honest gap: this site includes dozens of individually designed advertising landing pages (one per audience, such as a specific sport or business type), each with its own one-off button color treatment. The shared button component used across most of these pages has been checked and corrected; a sample of the individually designed one-off variants was spot-checked and passed, but a full, page-by-page review of every one-off variant has not yet been completed. If you run into something that does not work well with a keyboard, a screen reader, or is hard to read, please tell us using the contact below, we would rather know and fix it.

If a page is hard to use

If you use assistive technology and find a page, form, or button here that does not work the way it should, we want to hear about it. Please describe what you were trying to do, the page address, and the device or assistive technology you were using, so we can find and fix the specific problem.
